  Job Summary

This position acts as a personal administrative assistant to wealth advisors while building and maintaining the investment client experience. This position delivers excellent client services by assessing needs and prioritizing work to ensure that tasks are completed and followed up with in a timely fashion while assuring each client receives a superior client experience.

Essential Functions and Accountabilities include, but are not limited to

1.     Maintain complete confidentiality with all areas of work.

2.     Manage client relationships; including scheduling appointments, providing information to the client and the accurate and timely completion of any paperwork and/or forms.

3.     Manage and fully utilize Wymer Brownlee Communication Plan ensuring all items are completed timely, consistently, and according to WB protocol. Ensure work in progress and action items are accurately and timely flowing between wealth advisor and investment client.

4.     Update Activities and Work Flows in Redtail daily.

5.     Respond to all client inquiries within twenty-four hours.

6.     Ensure all paperwork is ready prior to client appointments and review with wealth advisor.

7.     Effectively and timely communicate with clients with regard to work in progress and action items.

8.     Assist with audits and maintain office compliance.

9.     Maintain and organize client folders to ensure compliance with HD Vest and FINRA regulations.

10.  Adopt and assure the consistent use of repeatable processes to assure the firm maintains operational efficiencies.

11.  Build a demonstrated understanding of Wymer Brownlee products and services, companywide.

12.  Other accountabilities as required.

Experience, Education, and Licensure

1-2 years’ experience in related field; college degree in related field preferred but not required; demonstrated customer service experience; demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PPT)
